heys.today woke up in the morning and my hamstring around there is like dam pain so is my butt,cannot sit down!..what we do for training yesterday make me in pain.i'm like suffering everytime i sit.ouch.went for training.we did hurdles and intervals,hurdles was like crap i had to try like 8 times to get the thingy right even though i did it before!..intervals ms chan made the seniors do with juniors we had to pace them,because if not we,seniors would go slowly..hahax.and my partner was mahirah:)..she's so funny!..ahax.intervals was 100m,120m,150m,150m,120m,100m..mahirah and me did like super fast.she practically can run the same speed as me.woah!..she's like fast!..ps.i lost to her the last 100m by 2m.hahax.i'm like so tired and i thought i no more cough!..but still have..aaww..after training was suppose to bath,eat lunch and go home but instead,me and mei xian didn't bath we eat lunch and BURGER KING AGAIN!..and went to noreen's house first..her cat scary.we had lots of fun.laugh listen music with the com and mess around with it and dance the thriller and smooth criminal thing.hahax.before we go piriyah's house noreen's mum came back and we talk around for awhile.she asked me and mei xian ''i got some sunglasses,if you like it can take it'' then we were like ''okay'' when she show us we were like ''oh my gosh''..mei xian was like''so oh piang!''hahax.and we laughed about it..is some john lenan glasses.we then went to j8 to get something before going to piriyah's house noreen bought slurpy again!..then me and mei xian bought some stuff.then we take mrt to yio chu kang.when we step into the mrt we were laughing everyone was like staring.hahax..going crazy.we took 825 when we out of the mrt to piriyah's house.at piriyah's house we reach there not long after we roller blade or ride bicycle to her grandma's house nearby to see maya(shetland sheep dog)..then go back.we talk about awards night then we go home.the stupid cab the comfort thing call also must pay even though we don't want the cab.we called smrt instead.me noreen got down at bishan and mei xian took the taxi home.from bishan i take mrt and lrt home i stopped at bukit panjang instead of senja to eat dinner then i walked home.here i am now:)..but..my leg and butt is like super pain when sitting!!..aarrgghh!!..i love piriyah's impossible is nothing poster in her room:)
