today i woke up at like 9 plus,my host,Abigail woke up way earlier then me.we watched tv after i woke up.went to Noreen's house at like 11 plus.i left my house at that time.we had to take two buses to get to Bishan.190 then at sji there cross the road to take 156.i'm not sure is it me or what,all the bus left when i'm about to reach the bus stop.i was lazy to chase the bus.I saw Eugene in the bus 190,he was going to town and we were smsing in the bus.hahas he is going out with a GIRL!hahas.i was insisting it was his girlfriend.lol.

Reached Noreen's house about 12 plus or something.everyone was like there already,Jannah with Brittany,Mei xian with Lisa,Piriyah with Casablanca and Noreen obviously home with Georgia.we all went to Noreen's house for lunch instead of dinner,Piriyah called me to tell me the change of plans.we ate like some traditional malay food,there was longtong(hope i spelled it right) oh man.hahas.err..prawns,chicken,vegetable and potato.hahas Uncle and Auntie was serving up which was weird.that was bad.they were stuffing us with food too.that was funny.i had fun.we went kind of crazy..haha.we left for orchard soon after that.Jannah and Brittany walked at Junction 8 cause they had to go visiting later so we went without them.

we took a train to orchard which was really fast.we really SHOPPED AND SHOPPED the whole day,took retarded pictures with noreen's camera.went to Far East plaza,Paragon,Heeren and Cineleisure.Meixian and Lisa left when we were at Heeren.we ate dinner at Cineleisure Burger king.shopped for,i spent almost like the whole $50.bought gifts for host and stuff like that.we went Heeren twice.Piriyah and i bought the keychain with light.we wanted another design but Casablanca took the last one,Piriyah and i was like ouh no..she was grabbing me after that.hahas.me and piriyah was like "fighting" see who takes the free bear poster home,i was like i don't one you take home,she was like no.i know you want also.i was like dang-.-" just take and go.haha in the end she took it home, cause i threw to her.hahas.went home soon after that.took the bus 190 home.finally i talked to my host about stuff..so happy:)

due to hari raya i only went back to school on Tuesday, at 5pm for training.It was medicine ball plus sprints before that.At night,Gina,Piriyah,Liang Wei,Maybelline,Camille and myself went to causeway for dinner.had fun:)

Wednesday for chinese class we watch i'm not stupid the first:) yays! and i got 77.3% for chinese i got 69/90 for test lol..and i pass maths test!:) lucky.. 36/50 walking hurdles for training.

Thursday we watched Animal Farm for english class i was really tired.didn't sleep well the night before had dance practice till like eleven for new zealand..omg..for SCIENCE i swear i didn't get a thing the teacher was talking,i was trying my best to understand him.what his ACSONT..don't get it.he is from hong kong so yah...no choice.argh.for mother tongue we continued with i'm not stupid the first.our new zealand guest arrived at night..cool..

Today was like weird to me.yesterday night was practicing for new zealand dance in the music room till 11.30,only TRY to sleep at 11.40.i COULD NOT sleep the WHOLE night..i 'm sooo tired.but yet i had training in the morning,oh my. it was drillnamics only.so it was not so bad cause we(nz people) had to be at the auditorium early.changed into my costume when i reached.practice a few times pretty cool,vas called me after some practices,she wanted to borrow my top for a while so i had to change into uniform first.after her indian dance i was waiting backstage for her to pass me my top i immediately changed out of it,man i was freaking out.hahas.after malay dance it was our hip hop dance turn.whoo..when i turned around i was like woah,my head was straight my eyes was down.hahas.i was scared kept thinking of the moves,lucky i didn't screw up..phew.and i was wearing my b*a the matching colour as my shirt,the shirt was too big for me.haha.was happy when it was over,gave flowers etc.2C and 2D was suppose to take some test,but end up only those people's name outside the classroom must take my name wasn't there so i slacked in the library with Mike.suppose to get out host during breaktime which i dont know where went there nobody was there.Jan told me 11.158 mr davies homeroom.i went there no one was there AGAIN.I was like stop jacking me ah.

Went to the pool there for fun.Nz guests was swimming we were like pushing them into the pool cause they splash water on us,and they try pushing us too.hahas.i almost went in,luckily i hold on to the pole and went a whole round it.phew..Divya went in Nick Gibson push her in.so bad.Divya almost went in before that cause her body was like "floating" above the water,cause we were pulling her hands and legs.Britanny was crazy? ahas she was not quiet for a moment cool.

ate dinner around 5 plus 6,Piriyah,Meixian and i forgot about Jan and Noreen,we took the lift all the way down.hahas.Jan called and we remembered we were like oops! sorry! oh no!.hahhas.was waiting for dad he came around 6 plus nearly 7 to pick me and my host Abigail up.went to plaza after putting stuff down.went back and watch vcd.suppose to like sleep.she slept already.

yesterday i went to suntec again,with a different cousin i had to change the checkers thing at 'toys r us' after like going to suntec and marina,took a bus to orchard road walked around there.at night we ate pasta mania i paid the whole thing.bought some new clothes.it was iring carrying that big box of chess and stuff.back home pretty early around 8 watched matrix,slept around 11 plus have training the next day at gombak.

morning woke up at around 7.15am,bath,breakfast and stuff took the lrt and mrt to gombak stadium.i saw matthew on the mrt.
today's training:warm up 3 rounds,3 sets drills

200m x8->4sets rest 4sets
stomach back shin calf cral 20x 3

Gina vomitted at the last 200m.i forgot that striding was 100m when it was the last one,hahas slowed down at 80m.dang.200m was tiring,can't breathe through the nose is like a total block there.hell i thought i was dying.arghh.jumpers relaxed week...how great..they did stomach back 5 sets 150m 3x and 200m 1x.the part that i wasted energy was when i was running the curve and almost hit the bar,so tired but have to jump away from that bar a little.

after training changed,Priscilla,Liang Wei and i went to lot 1.ate lunch and watch PRESTIGE.we reach lot 1 around 11+ ate lunch walked around for a long time..spent like half an hour in laser flair.hahas.i almost felt like strangling the auntie at long john.seriously.. the cinema,the auntie selling the tickets gave us centre seats really good,she almost clicked the wrong show.phew.the cinema had very little people.the show was good but CONFUSING and COLD. went home after that.home i am in now.yes..how great i have not done my homework gonna like "chiong" the whole thing.

shall blog short today not THAT short though just shorter than usual long winded me.

woke up in the morning played com for awhile,got ready and went to marina to meet Chloe.suppose to meet her at 1.30,suppose to go vivo but there the cinema too small tickets sold out,so went to marina.when i was reaching there she told me she will be late and still at simei,so i walked around while waiting for her.i bought the movie tickets too.$9.50,the guy at first gave me the 6 rows from the front in the centre i ask him,he gave me 6 rows from the back at the side.

ate macdonalds after she reach and went to the cinema,we watch DEATH NOTE.the movie was good,have to wait for part two.the cinema is pretty big,and sitting at the side was not bad:) i'm gonna watch the CONVENANT and SINKING OF JAPAN when the movie is out:)

walked to suntec played arcade,mario kart racing was fun:D.i LOVE SPONGEBOB MONOPOLY.i wished i own one.its CUTE!.

AMAZINGLY i bought chess thing,guess i was interested three different things mega-sale $15.gonna play i guess.looks fun?

i went to plaza to get dinner for mum and myself,cousin was suppose to come my house says she dont want to come already,she always like that dang-.-" i reach home at around 9.took a bath before i ate dinner.bro is not home yet.yays!:)

the WEIRD thing is why always Taufiq come then Dickson also will come?! they always take the same train huh..HAHAS.Dickson was like wearing a cap and jacket,i couldn't recognize him at first.when in the bus from side view,because of his ear studs he look like "pai kia" hahas(sorry dickson if it is insulting)

woke up at 7.05am today! for training:] left the house at 7 plus.took the 187 bus which reached woodlands around 8.20am i met habibah at the interchange by chance.took 901 to school which we have to walk after that.i didn't talk to her cause i was listening to my ipod.hahas.so evil.i walk to school pretty fast,ms chan wasn't there yet so i change tied my hair yeah and wait.after awhile then ms chan came. we went up to warm-up the whole training session did not take place at the actual track.
today's workout:warm up etc..3sets drills.
upslope sprinting:4x 30m, 3x 40m, 1x 50m
gym: lunges 15kg bar 5 each side = to 25kg
halfsquat 20 kg bar 12.5 each side=45kg
10x,7x,5x,3x increase 5kg each side each time except last one
increase 2.5kg each side.maximum weight 70 kg
stomach back shin calf crawl with 7.5kg 20x3 plus 2 striding

50m was suppose to be 3x but ms chan changed,no idea why.the juniors did like 2x 30m,1x 40m and 1x 50m.Ms chan punish us with 20 push ups if we were slower then them.lucky i never got punish even though my legs were like aching.phew.close one though.i ran like a 4.6 once and the junior ran like a 4.63-.-".And..must remember the weights! if not get scolding AGAIN.we've got so many scoldings from ms chan because of weights.piriyah and i was the only two sec two's there today so we couldn't remember got scolded face changed but changed back.

after training in the gym went down to put my shoes since piriyah was going to the laundry.

when we reached causeway,piriyah and maybelline walked really fast..they wanted to buy bubble tea but i think they walked the wrong way.we walked to the bubble tea shop waited for awhile and went to macdonalds to buy ice-cream.Gina bought flavour burst i bought a macflurry.a guy vomitted behind Gina while she was lining up.dang.that was sick.Gina wanted to buy lunch at banquet so all of us took to the lift up.Upon reaching banquet,all of us decided to eat lunch anyways.so we sat down.Piriyah did not have enough money so i treat her to lunch,then she don't want?? so i was like just take! haha she bought chicken noodles or something like that with maybelline.i was the last to buy lunch.i walked like up and down twice not knowing what i want to eat.i end up eating chicken briyani.haha:)

after lunch we went to the "pasar malam" next to the mrt walked,gina bought "kueh tu tu" then liang wei and i went to the bus interchange.took 187 home.

in the bus i slept the moment i was on.it felt so nice:D the bus must have travel slow cause i felt that i slept really long.hahas.

woke up around 9.15am,ate pau for breakfast.cousin was suppose to go out with me but she said she didn't feel like going,i'm like wth-.-" so i went around asking people if they could go out.
i talk to this guy online called ricky he said "MY FRIEND" gave him my email but he don't know who is "MY FRIEND".wth.. i wanna know who man..from shiying's school dunman high.dang.

i DID NOT are lunch, wasn't hungry.just like super THIRSTY.

i managed to find eugene hahas. halfway i didn't feel like going out while dicussing where to go then he said" wanna know something?"

HAHA.bhaama replied me and i'm meeting her at orchard! so i told you Eugene i was going out with a friend.he was like okay.

i met bhaama around 4 o clock.we walked around far east to find hand sock.i'm telling you 77 street is ridiculous.after walking we found 2 shops which have but we thought the prices was expensive.$10 and $12-$18.so we went to HEEREN and give it a try.we saw queenie,yuan leng(hope i spelled right) and daryl.

err..it was pretty ridiculous cause we couldn't find anything except at 77 street so we went to look at cineleisure.CINELEISURE PRACTICALLY got NOTHING.so we walked back to FAR EAST.we went to the shop "vanessa" and bought the $10 socks.she bought purple striped and i bought green striped we exchange one.yeah! the guy at the shop was weird, bhaama and i thought he was mute cause he didn't talk until he said excuse me.he is chinese and really tall.we thought he was typically short cause he was sitting on a chair.HAHA what a joke! he got good facial features though.hahas.

bhaama was suppose to go home,but we wanted to get bubble tea.so we queued up.
err?? she didn't have enough money so i payed for her.and she INSISTED TO GIVE ME EIGHTY CENTS?! OMG.I DIDN'T WANT TO ACCEPT IT.SO I JUST SAID IN SCHOOL..IN SCHOOL THEN GIVE.I TREAT HER SHE DON'T WANT HOW WEIRD?!oh wells.then we saw queenie,yuan leng(hope i spelled right) daryl,roanne and faris.so bhaama didn't go hope we walked to wisma instead cause ROANNE DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO GET TO THE MRT,AND SHE THINK SHE WILL GET LOST.so hilarious.we were trying to get food for faris to break fast.after walking in wisma went to taka sat there for awhile and then through wisma we queenie,yuanleng and daryl went with queenie.faris,bhaama and i walked to far east.i waited for mum faris went somewhere bhama went home.

mum came walked in far east with her,my legs are like aching.ouch.we bought shirt while the lady there was really nice cause she said i was tall and stuff.man she was skinny:) i guess i would go there again,the shirts are cute.comes with a green bag.hahas.after walking around 9 plus mum and i went to taka downstairs ate pasta for dinner.yummy,hungry after not eating lunch.we wanted to walk in taka but in 10 minutes it was gonna close it was 9.50.wanted to go Heeren but dad called to ask us to wait for him at the wisma taxi stand.so he fetched us home.

finally i'm done with major module!:) been like stress.study study study..can go CRAZY!
been studying for test and the INTENSITY increased for training.oh my gosh.

monday i survived training:) one step hurdles and 200mx6.yays
tuesday we raced with innova jc though we practically win everything but well i guess it was the fun that make everybody happy,besides they haven been training.8 by 60m people are so funny:D
JARED,SHAHRIR,AARON,DENNIS,MEIXIAN,NOREEN,LIANG WEI AND MYSELF. we screwed up twice.wahaha
wednesday training was stretching in the morning and walking hurdles in the afternoon.i had CHINESE TEST.crapped up.almost fell asleep.haha
thursday i had SCIENCE TEST.oh man.it was hard.difficult i meant.hahas the teacher was so funny! but he was nice to give us time extension:D

today morning training was HELL. now my legs are still aching.warm up 3 round normal drills was two step hurdles.dang i CAN'T DO was damn pissed,jump circuit one set.rest.100m,200m and 300m two sets i practically died..didn't have time to eat breakfast lucky piriyah and meixian had food so ate a little.almost late for school but just in time.was perspiring like crazy.ENGLISH can play or study,i studied for maths test.after two periods had MATH TEST.it was freaking dfficult.i pratically had 4 periods of maths.after which is lunch,after the lunch went back to hostel,dance hip hop a little pack at around 2 plus went out of school with meixian,divya,yvonne,noreen and jannah.but jannah never take the 901 bus.yvonne so poor thing carry so many things.noreen and yvonne went back while meixian, divya and i went to watch movie cause we didn't wanna go home.the movie started two minutes after we bought the tickets.hahas we bought drinks,chick and popcorn too:D we watched "Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby" hilarious nice! it ended around 5.which we then went back home.i bought my own dinner.watch tv and stuff so now i'm here.

this week training seriously start,the cycle is gonna go on again..dang.
wednesday amazingly i played SOCCER because of cross training yeahhs:) it wasn't as bad as i thought until i got whacked by the ball on the face when Gina kicked it really HIGH hahas.lucky i iced it early so it didn't get too swollen:D freaky..

well just gonna blog about today..lots of good,funny or some bad stuff happen.hahas oh wells here goes man.
morning had training,we were going to do 2 step hurdles after the warm-up and all..ARRGGHH I COULDN'T DO I'M LIKE WTH??!! stressed..i manage to complete like 5x while i'm suppose to do 10-.-". Breakfast i ate honeystars with the cornflake thing:) Assembly was in the audi because there is a survey about PEP.so just do.First period was ENGLISH, Ms lee rocks man..give us FREE PERIOD, we either play boggle or scrabble.Bhaama,Geraldine,Piriyah and me played scrabble,i don't know how i manage to make so many like 5 letter words at the start i thought i was crazy or something i did words like heaven,raced and taxing..After english was science,during class Stanely was like asking me how to read chinese words,and i don't understand the teacher..SERIOUSLY.. next week is our test and i think i'm so gonna FAIL.oh man.After break, the next two periods was math,first period was revision,second period was quiz,i think i TOTALLY SCREWED UP.i BLANKED OUT.i left 3 questions BLANK..AARGHH..lucky is not included in the module or i'm so D-E-A-D.after lunch, had Mother Tongue major module oral,stress man..everywhere you go you see the sec two people practicing chinese.-.-" when we were waiting to be called boon super joker la make so much noise,make mei xian and me keep laughing.then the teacher come ask us to keep quiet,boon say " she keep asking me what time ah,irritating"(pointing to meixian).meixian just say yaya he don't want to tell me.haha the teacher walk away.boon go open the stage thing then he go shout"whooo" inside,then echo dam loud.the whole auditorium can hear..then everyone stare at him.HAHAS.HILARIOUS WEIRDO.HE GOT BUSTARD by mel and he don't know how to bustard mel back hahas!after that went back hostel watch a bit of Harry Potter and the goblt of fire then go for PEP.it was impromptu speech and some other talk.the teacher say she COULDN'T let us of early,and we were like late for training.damn.
Training we rushed like crazy,the main sets was jump circuit 1 set and 100m,200m amd 300m after which is stomach back.we warmed-up really fastt.. did everything fast.After jump circuit we had 10 minutes rest before the 100m,200m and 300m in between walk about 100m i guess.for 100m did 16s,200m 32s,300m 55s! hahas 300m was screwed up.well the CRAZY THING IS THAT WE FINISH TRAINING IN 1 HOUR 5 MINUTES! that was fast.we got our zone colours photos,sadly only ridzwan don't have.haha.don't know why.might get mix with other groups.Noreen's parents came to pick mariam,meixian,noreen and me to go to padang for the free movie which is tokyo drift.we reached there around 6 plus in the car we talked all sorts of stuff,which we laughed about it.hahas.we took away burger kind and the 4 of us walked to the nice open field.we found a good spot,laid the mat sat down and eat by that time it was like 7.hahas.after eating we took like many many photos,i mean SERIOUSLY A LOT! the movie was suppose to start at 8 but it start at 8 something.and ended around 10 something i guess.A lot of people was there:D nice place but the stupid haze ruined it.dad came and fetch me home had problems finding where he wanted me to wait-.-". the movie was TOTALLY AWESOME.SUPER COOL YEAHHS!:D i really had fun today and crazy.lucky bro isn't home so i can use the com and blog.hahas and stuff:)
