last weekend i had swift competition lucky managed to get one trophy in the relay.individual screwed up-.-" got 4th.damn.haha
this week's training was pretty okay not very very tough.err tuesday wala people from other school train in sports school i saw tyanne shuying dorcas patrick jiao hui and i other people i don't know.
friday's training was pretty okay though it was suppose to be tough i felt pretty great that day which is yesterday.did 4x50m baton pass 3 times err this one was kind of problem my start all sucked was last runner.hahas.err and we had to do one time 300m while hurdlers some did 500m hurdles or some 300m hurdles.noreen,mei xian and me ran together for 300m.mei xian halfway dont know where we noreen chiong together she almost tripped at the curve though hahas.all of us did pbs! which was great even though we couldn't move cause we rested too long. i did a 46.51s,noreen did a 46.76s(i think),mei xian did a 47.50(she really couldn't move).after training ate lunch at foodcourt.mei xian and me went to noreen's house we watched "just my luck" the movie at bishan even though 3 of us watch only we bough lots of food i bough peanuts thing,mnms,mentos,noreen bought the combo which had a drink we shared,a garfield box and popcorn,mei xian bought the candy floss.hahas the movie was nice after that mei xian and me went back to noreen's house and played com and stuff for awhile we left around 6.i reach home at 6 plus i think..
today,was pretty like nothing i left house at 2 cause i decided to go orchard i woke up 9 plus even though i slept at 1.30 cos i wanted to watch soccer but fell asleep.i went to orchard and walked around,many places and decided to go home at 7.i waited for 3 bus there were so many people that i call my dad to fetch me to my house there so i bought food and walked home i watch tv and stuff and now here blogging.i bought calvin's and piriyah's present today!:D
tomorrow going back to school already i haven even pack.DIEEE...hahas.isn't my post colorful.hahas..nicee nicee..HUI FANG IS BACK IN SINGAPORE TODAY!WHEEH.MISS HER YEAHS!
why..can't we just be friends.hate it now.i look happy,inside sucked.i hate getting forced..damn you.stop doing this to me.sometimes i just can't stand you.but i don't have a choice it leads the same way.should i let it go..

oops haven been blogging for a few days.haha today is thursday so after four days of training finally a day break tomorrow have no training! yays! been going out a lot.monday i watch cars with liang wei,desmond,wayne and shireen.tuesday i forgot what i did.wednesday which is yesterday after training i went to mei xian's house then go jannah house and play badminton and pool.see doctor at 6.30 as well.
today my hand ache cause of badminton..woke up got ready for training as usual,but i left house early today:) we did everything indoor today.main thing for training was walking hurdles 5x left,right and alternate but after each run must sprint a bit was okay quite tiring make leg wobbly though..after that had gym weights were lighter today except for step up it was the same.lunges was an empty bar so was pretty light.stomach back and striding thats all.we played in the gym with the hoola hoop but spinning and jumping over it was tiring but fun.we went toilet after fun to wash up then go causeway eat lunch.mei xian and me then watch garfield 2 the movie was okay.the movie ended at 2 o' clock exactly i reach home around 2.20 ate medicine at 2.30.i did housework vacuum and mop the floor,iron clothes..etc..then i watch tv by the time it was 5 something i think.watch tv bought dinner and stuff till 8.30 watch singapore idol then now i'm here:D i'm so tired..

monday after training i ate and went home.
tuesday after training ate lunch at food court with apeh,wayne,noreen and mei xian after that me and noreen went to mei xian's house.
wednesday after training ate lunch at food court.in the afternoon went out with shannon to bugis.i bought new converse shoes:D
thursday after training ate lunch with jannah,mei xian,noreen,maybelline,gina at the food court.me and noreen then go mei xian house play nonsense.like o2 jam,board games,hide and seek,catching etc.i reach home at around 7 plus cause left mei xian's house at 6.
today which is friday,i took bus to woodlands as usual stefan came up the bus as well,it rained when walking to school.we training indoors,did short baton zone passing 6 times in total,after that had to do a GOOD 300m 2 times..argh...i did with noreen,first we ran 48.82 then second one we screwed and ran 52.??.after training all of us went to causeway noreen,piriyah.mei xian and me buy tickets for benchwarmers at 12.35 then go eat lunch.ate with linette,piriyah,mei xian and noreen.apeh and wayne plus liang wei came later.everyone went to get something i satyed and looked after wayne and the rest of the people's bag when they go buy food. i met noreen they all at the cinema and we go in together.the show was funny noreen laughed dam loud!.after the movie we actually took neoprints:D so weird.but fun.and we went home soon after i took train home as it was raining reach home around 3 and then either watch tv play com or fold clothes so boring what to do tomorrow..gonna rot at home?..argh..

i thought the holidays was suppose to be great..
i woke up when dad told me to,i got my atm card at the bank yays!..i reach home ate lunch and use the com..in the evning went out watch movie.because of something i'm afraid this day turn out like crap.
i'm just so dam f*rked up.what did i do wrong!..what did i say wrong!..i didn't want things this way.why is it always me..always..i just need to let it all out,letting it out here now..is my life miserable or what,why are you giving me a harder time i thought you understand me.but you don't you're like all others..
cause i had a bad day..

holidays finally

yesterday which is thursday i finally got out of school and the start of my holidays wheeh.. had training in the morning did medicine ball so afternoon don't need to train.after school had pep at 12.30 when back hostel at 1.30 pack up and out of school around 2 plus with maybelline,mei xian,noreen and divya.reach causeway we divya and mei xian decided to watch movie so we went to the cathay cinema at causeway to check got what,we decided to watch she is the man at 3.05 we bought the tickets late and rush into the cinema and reach there just in time phew..it was nice after that we had waffle and went home.
today had training in the morning at gombak at 9 i woke up 7.40 and left house at 8.15.did walking hurdles for training one set plus got striding thing straight after each hurdle thingy 5 times suppose to do two sets but we ask for a change end up we did 5x hopping over mini hurlde and sprint.all our hamstrings and butt were aching cause of medicine ball yesterday!! hahax.ms chan was furious man!..ridzwan was in school cause he didn't know it was at gombak but he rush to gombak and reach at 10.mei xian couldn't come cause of family nazri was sick so never come..furious..woo..after training ate lunch with juniors but it rain after we eat lucky we could get to the mrt.i reach home bath and stuff watch tv use com until i sleep.i woke up around 3 plus.then i don't know what i do..hahax.ate dinner myself.but not really dinner.i watch xmen at 7.30:) it was cool.then here i am after a little more of tv:D i'm tired..
it's been a long time since i blog mariam ask me to update anyway..hahax..yays!i love orange:)
