yesterday was awesome,had dance class in hip hop crew dance studio.sadly jan didn't come but i had fun and laughter:) i realise i saw zack at taka last saturday.hahas.i paid for membership fees.so i would be going for more classes:) not this coming week though.hahas.at night i shopped with mum at causeway.woah.spent like $200 plus.shh..
today..
woke up in the morning and dad fetch me to school for training.its the last i see the taxi.goodbye taxi:'(
well i don't think is the dance class but maybe i had a problem,my both knee hurt and ya thats about it.ms chan thinks its the dance class i don't think so though.oh wells.training was hell today! oh man.
today's workout: usual warm up etc.
one step hurdle, 5x each leg 8 hurdles.i can't do left for nuts!-.-"

200x4 2 sets = 8 in total. 4 outdoor 4 indoor.
stomach back 3 sets x 20.
okay reading it might seem easy but i think i practically DIE-ED
3 primary 6 juniors came weining,valerie and habibah they only did hurdles like walking and 200m x 4.and stomach back.
so tiring today..leg latic..argh.
after training piriyah,liangwei,priscilla and me went out of school together.priscilla and liangwei walked the pathway while me and piriyah walked through the grass.haha and we reached earlier.
ate kfc for lunch,we had to like line up to wash hand.wth?!
we walked around i went to return my dad's book and i got $10^.^
went to mini toons,piriyah and i wanted to buy a box decided to go somewhere and see.
we "chiong" to 'cards and such' and then to value$ also popular and then back to mini toons to buy the box.after arguing for awhile then we bought the box-.-" that wasted a lot of time.priscilla and shireen went first cause they were in a hurry.went to the singtel brochure and home!:)
i went to popular before going home to buy pen-.-" after losing so many of em'
