yesterday didn't eat lunch after training stayed in school slack with GAIL,NAZRI AND STEFAN in the sdc.cause of some scholarship thingy,thank goodness the thing ended fast.hahas
today,Ms chan flys to DOHA.so we still train..but under Dr Valeri supervision that is.
after warm up and stuff like that one set jump circuit upslope 200mx3.we were all confuse about the upslope and 200m is either 200m run upslope or seperate.after training i went physio for ankle.argh..soo the rest wanted to wait but yeah told them to go first.after physio bath and stuff like that i met jannah at causeway she accompanied me to eat my lunch,and we walked around after that.yes yes we saw the little elfs reindeers and santa dancing on stage how cute.we went back school to watch SOCCER FINALS! how exciting.the AUSSIES were so funny during the second game! hahas.MAGIC SPRAY!!:) oh and the you stupid fat bastard thing.hahas.TEAM b lost to malaysia,team a won thailand.woohoo!:) how nice.singapore champs.thanks to the penalty thing.phew.i left with jan cause she couldn't stay-.-" and she was scared to walk across the field,in the end she took a cab home.wow.Gina,Poojaa,Maybelline and the netballers left later.yeaps.i reach home around 8 plus i guess.hahas.
