as you all know 24 & 25 march was SPH relays,they dont call it sph anymore.now they call it SAA schools relay championships.yeap.okay people everytime hear sports school they will go" aiya..sports school sure win.." or something like that mann.its not true but i have yet to prove patrick wrong mann.so yeap.congrats to everyone in sph.i know im kinda slow but oh well at least i post right.haha.

as for today..it was okay.i slept early the night before cause had training in the morning but it was just jogging and stretching.
Class was okay.had english,we did Merchant of Venice, History did Stalin thing about his Five Year Plans and Collectivise thing.Social studies we did presentation about conflict,my group research on the Kashmir conflict thing which is between India and Pakistan and presented that.so yeap.at 2.15 had DISC,the pep thing its fun:)

training was like tiring.i couldn't move..muscles aching(thanks to medicine ball)-.-"..oh man..
180m all out and 220m all out.i did a 25.01 & 31.18.Fathullah made me laugh when he did 500m and his timing was same as Ridzwan.he practically died mann! so funny!:)Gina was so poor thing cause she did 300m and 500m but she was great!:) go gina!woohoo!waha.vanessa did her pb cool. she use 4 steps.This week was like always all out for training i'm so tired.

after training got ready and stuff when to vista point with NOREEN,PIRIYAH and HABIBAH.we met HAKEEM and DESMOND there.so yeap desmond's mum was nice to give me a lift to causeway after dinner:D haha.
