i was at gombak stadium at 11.30.while warm-up starts at 12.30-.-" well done.anyway we started at 12.40 cause noreen came late.

2pm was 4x200m heats.coaches told us relax so i was quite relax la.ok just open stride.we came in second for heats cedar was first.

our finals was 5.30.i sat there cheered for many many people.our school broke some records.haha.saw many many people like sarah,cheryl,jamie,tyanne,patrick.jeremiah and many more.so yarr.

lucky we got lane 4 cause their rules is lane 5 first qualifier.woo..lucky.cause gail can chase people infront if can see.so in the end we got first.mann.chasing lane 6 and 7 make my butt and back cramp so tired la. tomorrow 4by100m diee..

i got like super a lot of homework and im too tired to do any.help me..faint* hahas.
