hellos.

this post is for yesterday friday and maybe a round up of the whole week yeaps.cause i didn't use the com yesterday.

woo.this whole week been trying hard to get the dance thing it place.training is like back to pre season.my muscles have been like totally aching.and the WEIRD thing is that everyday sst i've been doing MATHS.oh mann..thats like crazy mann.

friday morning was like pretty tough not VERY.when we're going for training the stupid gate spoil, system down so we were late for training for about 10 minutes.lame.trained indoors cause of the rain.the main thing is like 200mx3 lucky suppose to be 5.had track meeting at eight and school starts at like 8.20 for friday.so had to rushed a little.arghh.had english first two period.
history i don't really get mrs james.social studies is like damn shit.those in my class will know.i don't want to say.IDIOT.

dance.after school for about one hour till two o clock.pretty good that we covered loads already i just have to get the song and cover up the ending.yes.went back to hostel after going dining hall.slack for so long.yes.till training time.
training we warm up indoors.mann im aching like crazy.we did err.
jump circuit two sets while juniors do one.after one set was 150m striding.
general exercises and stretching done it was raining still.yeap.

noreen,meixian and i went back to hostel at the same time.the system spoil AGAIN.we tried going 8 floor then go down the inside staircase but the door locked.so we're stuck.we went to get security.then have to wait sooo long.jing qiong and samantha was stuck inside.mann..we were stuck for like half and hour.then they unlock the inside staircase we went up and back down to seven floor.mann.it was like 6.30.so meixian and i decide to take noreen's car out and go for dinner together at causeway.
we left school about 7 plus.went dinner with noreen,her parents and meixian to banquet we had a long talk.bhaama,nash,geraldine and i don't know was in banquet too.i left about 8.20 i reach home nearly.yeap

school was fine this week.HAHA DESMOND ALMOST GO BONGUS BECAUSE OF TEACHING ME PHYSICS.LOL.
