Saturday morning, met Alisha, Cheryl and Diana for breakfast
woohoo we all came early when i thought i was the only one gonna be early
we even shopped early in the morning
bought the same T-shirts from giordano!
DOPE!=)

Dance orientation was pretty awesome
only that the group was a little quiet
diana,nic,alex,zen was in my group.
we're E which we came up with ee-yer(not sure about the speeling but pronunciation yeah)
thanks seniors for the games and stuff.

had to showcase then they wanted hip hop plus modern piece
i obviously don't wanna do modern
so didn't do hip hop cause they suggested to incoporate locking and popping in
cause there was diana and nic, like duhh zai people
so instead of two of them i joined them cause i can pop and lock a tiny weenie bit.
so 3 of us did locking and popping
both of them zai, choreo two eights each.
i gotta say i had loads of fun learning new stuff.
so starting to pick out stuff that i love in dance.
funk is definitely one of them.

K.O night was dope
as a Hip Hopper(that's what i call people who do hip hop)
without anything called formal training
i don't know the much about the feel, when to hit
i just know you gotta groove somehow
many things i wish i could learn but maybe don't have the chance yet
but seeing the top 8 was really inspiring
super dope yo.and i probably just have an idea what about feel and stuff.

popping and locking was awesome too
after today's showcase, for the first time i noticed the locking and popping battles so closely
usually i do watch, but maybe not such an intense lookout for the battles
locking, to see how they groove and feel the music was really cool. funky people
popping, their hits and musicality is insane.they feel like machines but definitely human.

i'm definitely loving dance more each day
i don't wanna just do hip hop only,
the styles i really wish and hope i get to learn more would be
locking,popping and house.
thanks to those people who taught me a lil' of these 3 genres
nic,diana,fen and edison from FB who gave me some advice on house
my bro doesn't do much, but seeing him do weird stuff helps?
