as usual,trained in the morning.today is kind of relax.after warm -up and drills including the weird striding today.only did walking hurdles!:D plus 150m stridingx3 plus stomach and back.we're done.suppose to collect my school books today but the UNCLE IS NOT THERE! what the..-.-"
wayne,gengnan,meixian,noreen,desmond went to eat mac today.after which noreen and i went to poojaa's house.fudin was there discuss about stuff but wasted loads of time.left around 4 plus nearly 5.nothing much happening lazy to blog now.bye

yesterday was CHRISTMAS duhh it rocks .was at cousin's house slept at like 1.45am woke up at 9 went to eat breakfast downstairs.i got a new hairstyle so short can't tie-.-" shall take a picture of it next time yes.at night went to eat JACK'S PLACE with my family mann.i was so FULL! STUFFED!

TODAY i have TRAINING! before training went to physio to strengthen ankle yes.DISCHARGED! BUT..still have to continue to strengthen it.today's training is like aching mann.ouch.no GYM today tomorrow then have.BUT..after warm-up for seniors we did 80m bounding 5x, 1 leg hopping 5x(sound easy right..your HEAD AH!) 60m! hop until can die.all of us past the first slipper only we like never lift knee already anytime can drop.150m striding 3x pace great mann.relax. chill. stomach back everything 30mx3 juniors finish long before us.
nessa nette xian and me went to bath wayne and desmond and liangwei go gym i think?? whatever la told us to call them wehn we're done.after we're done.we took a cab to causeway after calling them.we met at causeway food court.

crack lots and lots of jokes was laughing like crazy.hahas.

almost all of took train.gengnan drop at i dont know where.nessa wayne vera dropped at dhoby ghaut.xian habibah and i drop at cityhall.meixian and i walk around to find present for someone.i bought jigsaw puzzle for myself!at around 5 we went to the bus stop at esplanade.meixian took 171 to novena i was waiting for 700a.45minutes never come!! then i took 75 which took me 1 hour plus to get home.i reach home at like 7 plus.wth..

FRIDAY after going ah ma's house went to meet wan jing and syaliza.brought them to the studio where they finally met ryan and melody:) mann it was fun:D the video was funny.love all of you mann.

yesterday went out with chloe,megan and rachel.we watched charlotte's web(did i spell it right? okay haha whatever)the movie was nice yeap:) Meixian was in orchard too waha! she bought her dress already:) at night we met my aunt at WISMA ATRIUM.she got lost man.hahas she went the wisma instead which is shaw plaza.hahas.so weird.im begining to be afraid of people walking in orchard.there are TOO MANY PEOPLE i tell you.every single shopping centre outside there is a performance! oh my gosh.hahas.had fun reached home at 12am lol.my aunt thought the vouchers for takashimaya was for tangs! we wasted time at tangs.

i don't believe i missed training! why on earth my parents stop me argh..don't wanna talk about it.bleah.

so after THEIR training i met meixian at bishan.supposed to watch NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM at 2pm, but the thing totally SOLD OUT! expected. so mei xian called her mum ,then we actually checked that the movie NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM at balestier is at 2.35pm.so we rushed there and even have ten minutes or so spare.hahas.so many seats empty there some more.how empty can it get.

the movie was great! totally HILARIOUS.

after movie walked around there and then walk to meixian house there to take a bus.i was so lazy to run even though i was reaching the bus stop and the bus came.in fact two different bus came.which i could take both.but yeah so i waited.took the bus 124 and stopped at orchard and switch bus.

ate dinner at plaza after that,bought food for bro too.

TOMORROW I MUST GO TRAINING! have to go my ah ma house after training..hmms.

okay. today's good.didn't rain in the morning so yeah i reached school early for training.it didn't rain but still i find it cold:)

today's training was good the first half and after that mann it went bad.
well training obviously starts with warm-up as usual three round and sets of everything.Liang wei didn't come today.people that did baton pass? its meixian and me including valerie,habibah,wei ning and jollin.yeap.we did with the same people as yesterday except today there is wei ning cause she didn't come yesterday.every senior have to take care of one junior for hurdle drills today,did with wei ning and valerie.
main thing today two step hurdle.done it.but cause the distance was shorter and so was the height.cause wei en and wayne was doing the other thingy. after 5x of that was ..

walking hurdles.today primary sixes did 76.ms chan asked wei en and me to do.i'm damn effin sway.after doing right leg,striding,stomach back blah blah blah,changed leg.suddenly blanked step on the hurdle with the other leg fall but yeah did a split.almost.not pain.was fine.when reach alternate i went two hurdles.and bam.fall.twist ankle.shit.ouch.i realise i couldn't move the thing.i was like shit.i just massage it and all.while the rest continued.when they were done.even though its pain just gave it a shot.okay i manage to finish it.did striding blah blah blah.wei en waited for me.thanks.noreen and piriyah took everyone's stuff.thanks.okay after training went for lunch at the food court.after that went home.didn't go out.mann i fell asleep at home,can feel my ankle pain.shity bombastic.tomorrow gym im so dead.

so the bad thing was the twisting ankle part.ouch

morning i woke up,woah it was raining heavily. my mum was like asking "you still wanna go training?" i was like" i don't know la.." i was like tired and eating my breakfast.haha in the end i went.my SPIKES still wet from yesterday, my shoe was dry.but the moment i was downstairs it got wet.i was like thanks la rain.i took a bus as usual.mann it was coldd..brrr...reach the bus interchange i started to freak out cause i was wondering why got no juniors,i was thinking got training or not??.haha lucky saw the juniors.habibah and valerie.we went to school together.oh mann.SOAKING WET.

the wrong thing so came at the wrong time freak.okay did sprinting and gym. went to bath mariam was there so she waited for me cause we were going to noreen's house to dance.we went to buy books,the rest left with a taxi pang seh us.i ordered books,bought uniform.mariam's mum fetched nessa,mariam and me to causeway.THANKS AUNTIE! cause it was like raining.HAHA.nessa went home,mariam and me went to mac to eat lunch and head to noreen's house at bishan.bhaama came up the train too.coincidence:) mann the talking was like funny in the train.

dance and all,went crazy .screaming . everything possible happened in noreen's house we then left at four like that.mariam,noreen and i walk in j8 for awhile.then i took a bus home,actually two buses.in fact.

morning had training in school,mann.today weather soo cold.it didn't rain in the morning but still cold.the stupid 187 bus came late,came at 8 o'clock,lucky it drove pretty fast and i reach there at 8.20 or so.stefan came up the bus before the expressway.at the bus interchange maybelline,gen nan,habibah and some table tennis people were there.the weather was cooling and NOT raining when training started.warm-up 3 rounds no baton at all today cause meixian didn't come..practically a lot of people didn't come for training.meixian,gina and priscilla didn't come.yeap.although only three of them but cause its senior so there is only 6 seniors left..wei en,wayne,desmond,nessa,liangwei and me.we did one step hurdles after 3 sets of drills,i manage to only do right can't do left.arghh.fed up.after one step hurdles was the 20m 1 hurdle thing.for me and liang wei we hurdle there but stride back,desmond and nessa hurdle there and back,wayne and weien did something else.the height was 84 so thats why liangwei and i only hurdle there and stride back(can't really stride cause leg is cramping)
desmond and nessa did 2 sets of 2 while liangwei and i did 2 sets of 3.it started to rain quite heavily after 1 set but we continued anyway.while the juniors were doing shuttle run thingy..after another set stomach back and done.

the rain was lame cause it rain and stop and rain again..and so on.
bath hot water.woohoo.ama was in the next cubicle.we were talking and all.it rained super heavily after i was out and it got heavier and heavier.till it flooded some part.desmond made a lot of people wait cause he was talking to ms chan and he went to bath after that.i was wearing my jacket cause it was cold.haha.duh.the rain kinda stop when we were about to get out school so we walked to the bus stop.who we? gen nan,tiffany,wayne,desmond,vera and me.we ate at pastamania.after that we went home.we saw calvin and nessa at pastamania they sat behind us.tomorrow dance(: hopefully can make it.LOL
