morning i woke up before my alarm clock ringg AGAIN,i was like blowing my nose.i just off the alarm and went to sleep.i woke up ten minutes later.oh man..but i just took my own sweet time to prepare to get out of the house to go for training.
IT WAS RAINING?! had to take the umbrella with me ahas.
but it stopped raining after 3 minutes i left the house,i like that was stupid.
it happened again,many many 190 buses pass but my bus 187 never come,i thought i was late or the bus was late,hahas but it was the BUS! it came at 8.07 while it came at 8.05 the past few days.AHA! lame-.-" hahas.
took the bus to woodlands.while waiting for 901 Priscilla came to the bus interchange usually she would be like in school already,so i ask her why you today so late
she was like:i waited for the bus at my house 15 minutes!
hahas..poor thing..not long after Taufiq came then Dickson.
the WEIRD thing is why always Taufiq come then Dickson also will come?! they always take the same train huh..HAHAS.Dickson was like wearing a cap and jacket,i couldn't recognize him at first.when in the bus from side view,because of his ear studs he look like "pai kia" hahas(sorry dickson if it is insulting)
Priscilla and i walked pretty fast to school,she needed to use the toilet.hahas.i needed to use but was lazy to walk so was waiting for her to come out of the handicapped toilet.hahas.Man..i'm like SICK since this morning,my voice sounded like really FUNNY cause my whole nose was blog.dang.training started a few minutes later then nine.at first there is only Ridzwan,LiangWei,Priscilla and i.but later Michelle and Nazri came.haha, so from 4 become 6 people.the rest never come sad.why?..

today's training: warm up 3 rounds outdoor,drills 3 sets indoors.
jump circuit and then 100m,200m,300m 2 sets
i did: jump circuit 100m,200m,300m the second set i did 100m,200m,100m,200m
stomach back 20x3 sets
because i was sick so i got giddy.yeap.Ms chan said it would be better even though its the same distance but not straight 300m. i manage to nearly maintain my timings.
first set:100m-15.85s
200m:33.??
300m:104?? i was tired so this was like really slow,ms chan said i could go slow cause i was giddy after 200m
second set:100m- 16.??
200m:35.75
100m:16.??
200m:35.41
i can't remember point what so i put question marks ahas.
after training Liang Wei so called lost her phone,we tried finding but can't find.in the end after we change and everything, her dad called my phone to tell her its in the father's car-.-"
that was weird.
we walked to bus stop,Liang Wei walked really far so Priscilla and i walked together.we got Singtel brochure for her hopefully her parents allow her to buy new phone.bought food for her bro.And we went to eat lunch at long john silver.we saw like jannah,amalina,valerie and dipna while we were eating they were going for national colours.cool.hahas.When we were going home,we saw Calvin cheng,Ridzwan,Nazri and Calvin kang.I went to the bus interchange to take bus home,Priscilla took the mrt.I saw Nazri at the bus interchange after a while,when i was waiting for the bus.
went home bath,played com bro came home and i have to get lost.ugghh.luckily he's going for camp won't be home till tomorrow night.i spent about an hour from like 6 to 7 to download that nokia thing before i bought dinner that was long,i still can't use it well though..
gonna watch maide in manhattan or whatever it is.hahas(:
