hellos:) i haven't been blogging for about two weeks now.
yesterday was AWARDS NIGHT:D exiciting.
morning had training,mann,,200m 3x break 3x which is six.cramp man.ouch.hahas.but i finish it.37s for all except one which i did 33.47.can faint.hahas
lessons was as usual.
practiced dance at 12.45 to 1.45pm
training was as 2.pm to about 4pm only nessa,meixian and i were the only ones training.Ronie(dont know how to spell),wayne and michelle were there too.
all of us did hurdles.they hopped i walk.hahas.michelle fell..oo..that was bad but she's alright:D
we "chiong" to get ice,stretcher and wheelchair.the stretcher was like so difficult to put it back into the bag nessa and i including meixian was like pulling and pushing it into the pathetic small bag..hahas.in the end miss adda say don't need to put inside.im like err..ok-.-"
